With over ten years of experience spanning engineering, investment banking, and corporate strategy leadership, Callum brings a practical and analytical mindset to complex business challenges. He has worked closely with executives and boards to shape growth strategies, lead M&A initiatives, and build the internal capability needed to execute.
Prior to founding Stragentum, Callum led strategic initiatives at leading New Zealand companies in the premium consumer goods and natural health sectors. Earlier in his career, he worked in investment banking and held commercial roles in the energy sector, gaining deep exposure to valuation, deal structuring, and the operational side of major capital projects.

Su Arn Kwek

With a background in corporate strategy, commercial planning, and high-performance sport, Su Arn brings both analytical precision and creative problem solving to her work. She blends structure with flair, helping clients cut through complexity and turn ideas into clear, actionable plans.
Su Arn has worked closely with executive teams to solve complex business problems including large-scale transformation programs, M&A opportunity evaluation, portfolio optimisation, and go-to-market execution. She’s known for her ability to distil strategic thinking into clear, accessible communication that resonates across all levels of an organisation.
Su Arn also brings a unique perspective as the founder of a premium boutique health and wellness space in Auckland, and as an international athlete who has represented New Zealand in both hockey and clay target shooting. Her approach is shaped by years of performing under pressure, leading teams, and a deep commitment to personal mastery.
